The four-star hotel Charlemont, near Portobello in Dublin 8, is built across three 18th century Georgian buildings with an additional four-storey building linked by an atrium. In this project our Slim-glaze Acoustic range was used, providing noise reduction from outside traffic using a 6.8mm acoustic laminated glass along with our low sight-line units to ensure that the look of the original glazing is maintained and along with keeping the heat retention of the unit Krypton gas was used for maximum thermal efficiency
